Brett M. Cohen

Brett M. Cohen serves as Director of Marketing and Sales at Clarke & Cohen, where he applies his business acumen and industry knowledge as a licensed public adjuster. Representing the fourth generation of this respected family-owned business, Brett has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s reach and enhancing client services since joining in January 2019.

Brett’s commitment to advancing the public adjusting profession extends beyond his daily responsibilities at Clarke & Cohen. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) for the 2023-24 term, where he contributes to establishing industry standards and advocating for the rights of policyholders nationwide.

Before joining the family business, Brett developed valuable business experience at Campus Apartments, the country’s largest privately held student housing company. His background in property management and real estate offers him unique insights into building structures, property values, and damage impacts—knowledge that proves invaluable when assessing claims and communicating with insurance companies on behalf of clients.

Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and regional development from the University of Arizona. This education enhances his understanding of property risks across different environments and communities throughout the Philadelphia region.

As Director of Marketing and Sales, Brett focuses on ensuring that property owners understand the benefits of professional representation during the insurance claims process. His approach combines traditional family business values with innovative strategies to meet the evolving needs of policyholders facing property damage.

Brett resides in Conshohocken, PA with his wife, Mia, and their daughter, maintaining deep connections to the community he serves.
