Valerie Conroy-Bird serves as a Mortgage Liaison Specialist with our public adjusting team. She brings over 30 years of customer service experience to her role. Having worked in the public adjusting industry for over 14 years, she has developed specialized expertise in navigating the complex relationship between mortgage companies and insurance claims.
Valerie focuses on easing the stress of monitored claims for our clients. She ensures that mortgage requirements are met while keeping property owners informed. Her attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of lender documentation help prevent delays in claim settlements and fund disbursements.
With her extensive background in customer service, Valerie excels at clear communication and anticipating client needs during challenging times. Her ability to coordinate between multiple parties—clients, adjusters, mortgage companies, and contractors—helps streamline what can otherwise be a complicated and frustrating process.
Valerie resides in South Jersey with her husband, Jon, and their dog, Paisley. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the beach, attending live music events, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
